How do I make an appointment? 

• Please get a referral letter from an Optometrist or your GP. From there, they can either send the referral or you could ring up one of my practice locations to make an appointment that suits your schedule.

Do I really need a referral? 

• Technically no. However, a referral will allow you to get a Medicare rebate when seeing me, thus reducing the overall cost of your appointment.

My family members or I are visiting from overseas and do not have Medicare. Can we still make an appointment? 

• Yes. The only difference is that Australian residents receive a Medicare rebate (a portion of the consultation fee that is reimbursed).
